With our 100% open vendor policy you decide. Hire who you want, eat what you want, decorate the way you want. It is all about you, so design your day the way you want it and within your budget. We have a prep kitchen available for staging and food preparation. If you want some help you can check out our preferred vendor list here.
We also have a state of the art audio visual system which includes a huge screen to present a slide show, show old home movies. The brand new sound system allows you to have even more choices, you can hire a DJ or a musical quartet, or you can choose to dance to your favorite music list.
All The Comforts You Deserve
With private bride and groom quarters, both parties can get ready on site and see each other before the ceremony or choose not to. Brides get spoiled in our private bridal suite featuring incredibly comfy furniture, large dressing areas, a private powder room, and lots of well-lit vanities for your girls to get their pretty on!
We didn’t forget about the guys. The private quarters for the groom and his groomsmen features comfortable sofas for your boys to hang out, lots of changing space and a T.V. to help pass the time before that march down the aisle.
Convenient And Ready For You
The venue is in Cornelius, with easy access to Charlotte, I77, I85, and I40 – but it is also located on a private and a perfectly serene campus. Cars and buses welcome! We have ample parking including enough room for coach/bus parking, for all your guests.
Come on in and sit right down. Set up the seating just the way you want it with the use of tables, chairs and linens. They are all included with the venue rental.
Come rain or shine we have got you covered – literally! If the weather does not cooperate on the day of your outdoor wedding, we have an easy rain back up plan that will make your day just as beautiful!
