Sweet Magnolia Estate is an Event Venue unlike anything else you will find in the region. Whether you planning a fundraising event, a wedding, a corporate event or any other type of gathering the picturesque setting at Sweet Magnolia Estate will impress all of your guests. We’ve combined an old fashioned southern style with all the modern features and luxuries you need. The 9000 sq. foot building has a beautiful barn style from the outside and when you step inside it adds a touch of elegance and class. The covered porch areas are perfect for sitting in the shade and taking in the beautiful scenery, and when you step inside you’ll enjoy the fully air conditioned comfort. Natural light pours into the room from the dozens of doors and windows throughout the hall providing a lively and energetic atmosphere that will help keep your guests upbeat and happy.

Our event venue is located in Cornelius, with easy access to Charlotte, I77, I85, and I40. It’s in a beautiful and serene setting but just minutes away from the interstates. Cars and buses are more than welcome and there is ample parking that is always free, room for coach/bus parking and for all your guests.

We are an Open Vendor venue so if you need to have your event catered you have the freedom of choosing whoever you please. Our facility includes a prep kitchen that caterers can utilize, and if you need assistance with finding a local caterer for your event you can check our preferred vendor list here.

We are equipped with state of the art audio visual technology including a giant video screen, high end audio system and microphone all ready for you.
